SpRiNg FoRwArD (easier said than done)

Today, our circadian rhythms get tasered by the switch to another time zone. I feel like I need a siesta more than the daylight.

Jet-lagged we are without even checking in our sleep baggage.

That is okey or so they said. After all, it is for a good cause. We get an extra hour to barbecue our way into cholesterol hell. While we wash down our hot dogs and hamburgers, we will be enjoying more daylight to see what we weren't able to see before this Sunday.

We may even come to encounter new findings all around us thanks to the practical applications of all that daylight. Discoveries such as how ugly the neighbor really is, or that there are way too many cats prowling in the loose around the neighborhood.
For now, we will drag ourselves haphazardly around the time pieces of our daily existence. Eventually, by the time that we get adjusted and start pocketing these "daylight savings" it will then be September and the time to fall back.
